When you submit our free assessment form we collect:

• Full name
• Nationality
• UK residency status (e.g. BRP type, British citizen)
• Destination country
• Intended travel month

When you contact us via WhatsApp or email we collect the content of your messages and your contact details.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To conduct your screening call and assess your eligibility
• To prepare and manage your visa documents and appointment booking
• To communicate with you about your case
• To comply with our legal obligations

Legal basis: contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR) and legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share your data only where strictly necessary to deliver your service (e.g. submitting appointment requests to embassy or VFS portals on your behalf). We do not share data with third-party marketers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for up to 12 months after your case is closed, then delete it securely. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
