Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 June 2026

1. About Licensed Visa

Licensed Visa ("we", "us", "our") is an independent document assistance service. We are not a law firm, an immigration solicitor, an official government body, or affiliated with any embassy, consulate, or visa application centre. We do not provide legal advice.

2. Our Service

We provide document assistance for visa applications, including:

We assist with short-stay visas, long-stay and work visas, and North American visitor visas for eligible UK residents and British citizens.

3. Payment Terms

Our all-inclusive service fee is £150, structured as two payments:

Government fees, embassy fees, and visa centre fees are set by those organisations and are charged separately. They are not included in our service fee.

4. Refund Policy

If we are unable to secure an appointment slot within the agreed timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund of our service fee. Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis. The second payment of £75 is not charged unless your slot is confirmed. Government and embassy fees are non-refundable by us as they are paid directly to third-party organisations.

5. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

We prepare your documents and secure appointments. The final decision on any visa application rests solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. We make no guarantee of visa approval. Our service fee is not refundable on the grounds of a visa refusal.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Licensed Visa is not liable for any loss or damage arising from: visa refusals, embassy or VFS system failures, changes to immigration rules, or any information provided by you that is inaccurate or incomplete. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the service fee paid to us.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
